Our newest cheese-making facility and retail store is now open just off I-94 in Menomonie. The store is a must-stop along the interstate for tasty necessities. Travelers and locals alike stock up on their favorite cheeses, browsing the largest selection of Wisconsin-made cheeses in the area, including our world-famous cheese curds made in Ellsworth. New cheese creations are often tested and rolled out to customers before being made available to gourmet cheese shops and grocers. That’s how you can be among the first to get your hands on trending items like our new Cheddar Curd Crunchers, and flavor combinations like Buffalo Wing Jack and Habanero Ghost Pepper Jack cheeses (be careful, it’s hot!).
